Ingredients:

2 Oz Copper & Kings Vapor-Distilled Citrus Absinthe
.75 Oz Lemon Juice
.75 Oz Simple Syrup
.25 Oz Giffard Creme De Mure

Tool’s You’ll Need:

Jigger
Lewis Bag & Mallet
Shaker Tin
Hawthorne Strainer
Bar Spoon

Combine everything but the creme de mure in shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice and top with the creme de mure. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh blackberries.

To float the creme de mure like a pro, flip a bar spoon over atop the glass. Pour the cordial slowly over the back of the spoon.
