Eaton DC is teaming up with Don Ciccio & Figli to host their new product launch: Ambrosia. Ambrosia, “the nectar of the gods”, is an all-natural Italian herbal liqueur that leans more bittersweet. Clean and refreshing, it is made with turmeric, blood orange, cantelope, carrots and 9 botanicals. One sip and you will feel like you have slipped away to an Italian terrazza while enjoying the Amalfi Coast sunset. This is best enjoyed as a spritz with friends.

This bitters class will be held in Allegory from 2pm – 3:30pm – lead by Jonathan from Don Ciccio & Figli and Colleen from Wild Roots Apothecary. We will discuss the qualities of various herbs and spices with a focus on their enjoyment through libations. We will be making our own, one of a kind blend of herbal remedy to take home.
