This workshop includes:

• Alice Blayne-Allard, Owner, Free State Cooperage – the anatomy of a locally-sourced and produced barrel
• Eli Breitburg-Smith, Distiller, Baltimore Spirits Company – barrel repair and maintenance
• Braeden Bumpers, Distiller, McClintock Distilling – wood sugar extraction, chemical alteration of amino acids and volatile evaporation
• Sagamore Spirit- barrel finishing and cogener extraction

Coffee and light refreshments provided.
