Townshend’s Distillery and ADX Portland are teaming up to host Sweater Weather 2018! This year there will be an adorable makers market for all your holiday shopping and cozy cocktails. You’ll have the chance to help support local artists who might otherwise be hard to find. We’re talking custom jewelry, woodworking, glasswork, and other gifts!

Plus there’ll be cozy cocktails made by four leading female bartenders in Portland, all proceeds from their cocktails will be donated to support 4 incredible causes:

Larissa Brockmeyer // Palomar —> Makers Foundation – A new non profit that has developed programs to encourage fabrication skills and provide access to a creative maker community in inner Southeast Portland.

Leah George Brown // AngelFace —> ECO (Ecology in Classrooms and Outdoors- bringing ecology classes to underserved communities and public schools k-12.

Natasha Mesa // Deadshot —> Project Pooch – Partnering incarcerated youth with shelter dogs to help train the pooch for their forever home and assisting their trainers to re-enter the community with new job skills and increased compassion.

Halley Connelly // Elvis Room —> Safer Bars – A female run bystander intervention program designed by bartenders and social workers for service industry members. They highlight tools to help recognize and prevent cases of sexual assault. #nocreeps
