Join us at Balcones Distilling for the release of our High Plains Texas Single Malt whisky. The event will feature local musicians, food trucks, Balcones pours and cocktails, along with Don’s Humidor cigars.

Distillery Tours will be led by Balcones staff throughout the event. They cost $5 per person and last approx. 20 minutes. Please note: no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on a tour. Tickets can be purchased on the check-out page, or, if still available, at the event. Each tour group can hold up to 14 guests. 

General Admission ticket holders will receive $10 off (1) one bottle of their choice, including the special release. All guests can purchase up to (2) two bottles per 30 days and will be allowed to purchase (2) of the High Plains Texas Single Malt. 

While this event is family-friendly, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on a tour (including infants and those in strollers or carriers).

Balcones High Plains Texas Single Malt is made entirely from barley grown and malted in Texas. Texas grown barley is a recent development given our hot and arid climate, and we are excited to share this tribute to our state and the people that grow, malt and distill here.
