-And the funnest fact of all: @rhinehall (a daughter & dad distillery established in 2013 which makes fruit brandies out of Chicago) collaborated with South American restaurant @boleochicago to make a bespoke fernet for their bar. And it’s the main component in this cocktail 👆🏽👇🏽, which includes a rooftop view garnish (not pictured).
