Here’s a cocktail from their Winter menu from The Central Bar featuring @blinkingowl gin, out of Orange County’s very first craft distillery. (And for those of you wanting to further your education in 2018, Blinking Owl has its very own Whiskey MBA program. It’s a hoot.)

pinch crushed black pepper
1 sprig oregano
3/4 oz creme de poire
2 drops saline solution
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 oz Blinking Owl Gin
