1 oz. Opuntia prickly pear
1 oz. mescal
3/4 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. agave nectar
1/4 oz. prickly pear syrup or 3-4 muddled prickly pear slices
Combine and shake over ice. Strain over ice in a mason Jar rimmed with Tajin seasoning.
